While Patrick Mahomes Resentment With His Team Break Internet........

Any win in the NFL is big, and the reigning Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs won 17-9 over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. The road win evened the Chiefs’ record at 1-1, but All-Pro quarterback Patrick Mahomes said it was not a remarkable effort.

In addition to criticizing the offense’s shortcomings, the quarterback ascribed the Chiefs’ victory over the Jaguars to the defense. “The defense won that game.” The Chiefs’ Justin Watson and Richie Holmes both had fumbles recovered by the Jaguars. Kansas City also had fumbles from Kadarius Toney and Creed Humphrey, but both were recovered.

While Patrick Mahomes was disappointed with his team’s offensive output, he had a good game statistically. Mahomes completed 29 of 41 throws for 305 yards and two touchdowns with one interception. Skyy Moore and tight end Travis Kelce both caught touchdown passes.

Running Isiah Pacheco ran for 70 yards on 12 runs, averaging 5.8 yards per carry. Pacheco’s ability to gain yardage gave the Chiefs just enough of a lead to keep the Jaguars off guard.

Jacksonville quarterback Trevor Lawrence passed for 217 yards but was sacked four times, 1.5 by George Karlaftis and 1.5 by Chris Jones.
