Tom Brady is ‘ecstatic’ over his new romance with Irina Shayk, two months after first connecting at a Sardinian wedding – after the pair’s sizzling new relationship reveal shocked the world.
The legendary NFL quarterback, 45 – whose divorce from Gisele Bundchen, 43, was completed in October 2022 – was caught gently caressing the 37-year-old Russian bombshell’s face following an overnight rendezvous at his Los Angeles home on Saturday.
Now sources have exclusively told DailyMail.com the new couple have ‘a lot of chemistry’ and that the dalliance is ‘not just a fling’ with Brady seeing a ‘future with Shayk – two months after meeting at Joe Nahmad and Madison Headrick’s wedding.
One insider said: ‘Tom is really ecstatic that this is happening, he feels that they totally get each other, and he really finds her extremely interesting, entrepreneurial, and has a clever sense of humor that really appeals to everything he is all about.
‘She is not just a fling; he really wants to make this work.’
He always told himself after his divorce that he would only get involved with someone that a future could be made, someone he could eventually introduce to his kids.
‘He really thinks very highly of her and where this relationship could go. He has zero worry with her, they seem to get each other and get along quite well.’
Another source added: ‘They’re dating and having fun. It was Tom who invited Irina to his home in LA after they really clicked in May [at Joe Nahmad and Madison Headrick’s wedding.]
‘They’ve been in touch ever since then, trying to line up schedules to meet. They have a lot of chemistry. They’re excited to see where it goes but it’s still early days.’
It was previously claimed that Irina had made ‘a beeline’ for the recently single former New England Patriots quarterback and ‘scarcely let him out of her sight’ at the Sardinian wedding – claims which Shayk later denied.
It was also claimed that seven-time Super Bowl Champion told a friend he ‘wasn’t interested.’
Since his split from Bündchen, with whom he has two children Vivian, 10, and Benjamin, 13, the NFL star has been linked to a string of A-list women including Kim Kardashian and Emily Ratajkowski.
The new romance comes just eight months after Brady’s divorce from Bundchen, 42, became official.
Although Brady and Bündchen’s split had been rumored for some time, the two didn’t announce their divorce until October of last year, and shortly afterward it was revealed that the process had been finalized.
