Gisele and Tom were in Boston with their family just last week but have moved on to NYC together.
Gisele was also in the spotlight recently for posing totally nude on a magazine cover and showing off a buzz cut in her new Balenciaga ads, but that was clearly a wig, based on her long, flowing hair in these photos.
