Golf instructor Paige Spiranac Reveals How Therapy Has Helped Boost Her Confidence – “She open up to fans”

The golf instructor opened up about building a strong sense of self.

During an “Ask Me Anything” Q&A session with her Instagram followers on Wednesday, Paige Spiranac opened up about everything from her OnlyPaige platform to her recent Halloween costume project.

The 30-year-old content creator and former Division I athlete also candidly spoke about the benefits she’s experienced through going to therapy.

“Through therapy, I have found a sense of self and a lot of confidence and I’ve realized that there are things that I love that bring me joy that people are going to judge me for Spiranac stated. The one-time SI Swimsuit star regularly posts content on her social media channels, including TikTok and Instagram, from the golf course, and people are often critical of her laid-back style on the green. While she used to be bothered by negative feedback, Spiranac added that she’s gotten to a point in her life where she’s confident in herself and what she enjoys doing and doesn’t let haters faze her.

“I love feeling sexy, posting fun things and having a sense of humor about life,” she added. “And I get a lot of comments of people saying, ‘Have you no self-respect?’ and ‘Does this really fulfill you?’ and the answer is, yes. This is what I like to do, this is what I like to post, it makes me feel good and I don’t really care now what people think of me and I think people have seen that over the years, I’ve kind of leaned into it more because it makes me happy, like I love doing satirical content, I love making fun of myself, I also love dressing up, and so if I wanna dress up as Pam Anderson, I’m gonna do it and that’s O.K., like you can do things that make you happy and you don’t have to worry about judgement.”
